John Hoeve
Project Director
John began his career with VanMar as a Co-op student in 2016. He graduated from the Construction Engineering and Technology Program at Fanshawe and started fulltime as on-site project coordinator for VanMar in 2017. From there, John moved into Preconstruction in late 2019 assisting with design development and project startups. In 2021, John moved to Project management and is currently acting as Senior Project Manager for the Station Park Development.
His experience goes back to his early teens when he worked for agricultural and residential constructors performing rough carpentry, formwork and concrete finishing. Since then he has contributed to numerous projects with varying roles but mostly in the CIP high rise sector. John has a quiet, calm and consistent approach to managing projects and is always striving to better his work and others. He has also spent much time developing procedures and templates for VanMar and continues to set the standard for the next project.
