David’s construction experience is approaching 30 years. He is a respected leader who motivates, sets clear guidelines, establishes procedures, and instills a sense of community on team projects. He brings innovative and unique ideas gained in the field, as both a carpenter and superintendent, to organization/planning sessions and fosters collaboration with subtrades, consultants and owners. Anticipating and resolving problems by thoroughly analyzing a variety of solutions is one of many strengths that he brings to the team.
As a Senior Manager of Construction, David has been involved in all types of projects in the I.C.I. sector, from institutional to recreational, industrial to commercial, retail to residential. He is able to motivate trades to increase their productivity and their profitability through organization and planning. These skills ensure that VanMar is able to finish their projects on schedule and on budget.
