Tim has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years and has construction experience in mostly residential projects ranging from large wood-frame projects to mid-rise and high-rise projects with construction values of up to $150 million. His experience and expertise gained from working through the different aspects and stages of construction has given him a well-rounded background and prepared him to take the role of General Superintendent.

Tim’s attention to detail ensures safe, top-quality projects are delivered on time and under budget, and his excellent communication skills, strong management skills and exceptional leadership skills make him a very capable and effective superintendent.
