Warren is a Professional Quantity Surveyor with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and has an Honours Bachelor of Technology degree in Construction Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology. His 15 years of construction experience began as a carpenter, transitioned into estimating and preconstruction coordination, and now continues as Chief Estimator. Warren has managed the estimating and preconstruction process on many large market condominium, social housing, and institutional projects with values up to $137M. His attention to detail and ability to work under pressure results in accurate and timely project costing. His focus is on estimate accuracy throughout each design stage to give clients confidence in the feasibility of their projects. Warren has a proven track record of reducing project costs by assessing design economics, improving drawing coordination, and value engineering.
